This is a tele marketing company located in Mexico. They call you claiming to be Marriott, they pitch a vacation but do not want to give specifics. They direct you to a webpage caribbeanwindsinternational.com and give you the hard sell. They claim to be Marriott Marketing in Mexico. They run your card for a USD amount in PESOS which incures foreign transaction fees. When pressed for the phone number to call to arrange your vacation they repeatedly avoided the question and passed me onto a "supervisor" who made many unverifiable claims and claimed to be very busy with the great deal being very popular. if you already have I would recommend that you dispute the charge with your credit card company as I have.
Domain caribbeanwindsinternational.com is registered to Leonardo Garcia and not Marriott.
