Operatives from my tech bay, hijacked my friends computer and then instructed him to call the phone number they put on the screen then they proceeded to tell him his computer was infected with viruses spent several hours of his time doing God knows what them charge him over $500. Since I do all the tech work for this friend and had recently just done work on his computer I'm certain this computer had no viruses and even if it did a $75 service call would've sufficed and corrected the issue. I cannot believe that My Tech Bay is permitted to continue to operate, I hope to find some information on what we can do to get them shut down for good.
