DowntownHost web hosting – Would not return funds sent for prepaid services. I’m a customer for over 7 years; owes me for 26 months. Exchanged many messages via their Support; eventually they agreed to send me half, but never did. Claim they cannot use U.S. mail to return, cannot issue a check or buy a money order, and apparently they will not issue a credit to my credit card. Anyone renewing with this company should choose the minimum term to protect themselves from losing big prepaid amounts.
