On 10/6/15, I had a coupon for a 6 month starter set of VapoSlim, and I mailed them a check for $106.00 for an e-cig vaporizer, 6 months supply of pineapple extract & instructions for use.

On 10/26/15, I received a package with 6 plastic vials labeled 'chocolate pie', no e-cig & no instructions. I called the number on the packing slip & received a recording stating that the number had changed. I called the new number & spoke to a rep, who told me to call back in 72 hours to check on the status. I called again on 10/29 and was told my product shipped on 10/28 and to just hold on to the 'chocolate pie' until I got the order.

11/15/15 - no product. Called again & spoke with rep who told me that the order had been cancelled and that she would re-ship the order, but they no longer make the pineapple.

12/11/15 - still no product. Called again & requested a supervisor. Was told I didn't need a supervisor and that she could help me and would reship the product.

1/11/16 - still no product. Sent e-mail to customer service. No response to e-mail as of 1/20/16.

1/20/16 - still no product. Called again and requested immediate refund. Was advised to return unopened product with tracking #. Was given an RMA # for the return. Mailed return on 1/20/16. They received it 1/26/16 @ 8:09 am (USPS tracking).

2/3/16 - still no product or refund. Called again, spoke to a different agent. He advised me processing can take up to 6 weeks & to call back in March.

3/4/16 - Still no product or refund. Agent (supposedly) informed supervisor of problem and sent info to the refund department. She said I should have my refund check within 14 working days.

3/25/16 - No product, no refund, no satisfaction. Called again, asked for supervisor & was told that supervisors are not on site. She then checked and told me that since I have not received my refund, I would NOT be getting one because it was past the time allotted for refunds. (They are the ones who have been dragging their feet to insure I didn't get my refund!)

4/5/16 - Called again & was told by clerk that he reviewed all my info & said he would contact the refund department again. Told them the entire story & asked for an exception to the guarantee policy since it was their fault.

4/22 - Spoke to yet another clerk who told me that the refund had been processed as of 4/22 & if I didn't get it in 2 weeks I wouldn't be getting a refund because of the 30 day policy.

5/6 - called again. They tried to send the charge back to my credit card, but since I didn't give them a CC#, they couldn't charge it back. Said they cut a check & sent it out & to call back in 2 weeks if not received.

5/20 - Spoke to another clerk & told her I wanted to speak to a supervisor. She told me that supervisors aren't in the building. I gave her a hard time & she connected me with another person who gave me the same runaround I have been getting since day 1. After arguing with her for 15 minutes, She said will resubmit the refund. I will call back in 2 weeks.

(wondering if I should contact a lawyer)
