I received a phone call from these scammers telling my I must go to my computer immediately so that he could show me that real-time hackers were accessing my bank account info right that moment! He said "I want to show you something, so click yes when you see it"...obviously scared, I did, and then screens were popping up left and right, he was showing all my user names and passwords for every single online account I ever had!! But said he could clean it all up now and give me a "level3 security monitoring" for 2 years for 801.00....I said I did not have that money. Then he began raising his voice and preying on my fears...he said that I was being hacked right now and very soon he had me saying yes. Next I had to call HP and get my computer fixed...but the hacker had deleted the recovery partition and I had to get a recovery usb in the mail from HP...now I've lost all files because of a factory reset.
