Hi there. In or around late April 2014, I purchased an online business comprised of six online websites from Mr. Richard Legg of Platinum Marketing Solutions, LLC for $997 via credit card online purchase. Mr. Legg, unfortunately, via his website and repeated emails sent to me, falsely guaranteed me and many other customers that we would make $100K per year income which never happened, despite me spending nearly $2200 out of pocket costs for related online business purchases such as numerous solo ads, autoresponder, and other online tools, and many months of hard labor to make my online business work and to be profitable but to no avail. . Then, after fulfilling all of Mr. Legg's refund requirements after the 6-months trial period, Mr. Legg adamantly, repeatedly refused , when I presented proof of my hard work. Then, out of anger, he disabled the 6 business websites he sold me, changed the refund rules mid-stream whimsically. Meanwhile, Mr. Legg covertly charged my bank account $90 without my consent, for his alleged "free" auto responder account which was supposedly "free" and part of my original purchase. Moreover, Mr. Legg even admitted publicly via his alleged "real life testimonials," all some of fictitious 8 of them, which, like myself, had only made a few pathetic measly bucks($45) off of, which is a tiny fraction of the much touted, advertised $100K annual online income Mr. Legg publicly promises his purchasers as seen on his online ads and promotional emails sent to me and many others via his email ongoing email subscription list emails which he repeatedly sends out to all of us. Hence, I am asking you to help me recoup the $2200 in lost online business expenses for Mr. Legg's online scam product via his false advertising, theft, and breach of purchase contract. Or at least, assist me in obtaining my $997 purchase fee for Mr. Legg's bogus, pie-in-the-sky online business scam. Thank you very much. sincerely, Tommy Lee
