Fraudulent Charges from Cleverbridge 2 yrs after confirmed cancellation. Cleverbridge & K9 continue to charge my credit cards even after changing my cards out. We have corresponded via phone and email and have confirmations; yet they continue to bill me. My case is now pending; but perhaps there are others out there having the same problem.

After spending an additional $1,000 on local profressional IT support to clean all malware brought in from the K9 tools, I began earnest correspondence with Cleverbridge team to get them to stop calling, stop emailing, stop charging me, and stop trying to sell me any more of their products or services.

Hello,
I had a conversation with members of your team two months ago, when one of them had contacted me. I do not wish to use your services due to security risks pointed out by my Security Analyst. In fact, you had billed me for $300 service last year, which I had never received service for. Consider yourself fortunate that I do not request reimbursement of that money. The high pressure tactics used during the initial call over a year ago, was the only reason I gave in. Please cease and desist all communications with me and attempts to bill my credit card.
