Called to cancel membership which was charged to my credit card account on 5/16, representative stated membership would be cancelled immediately. When asked when my credit card would be credited, representative stated a claim would have to put in to see if I would get credited. I asked to speak to a manager and was put on hold, was on hold for over an hour and no one ever came back to me. SCORESENSE is a SCAM. Please warn all not to use.
