I ordered a 14 Day TRIAL Offer form this DISREPUTABLE Company after checking it out thoroughly thru a few sites & even an article in Women's Health! I thought I would be getting a Great Product @ a Pretty expensive $$$ however comparing it to Botox Treatments if it worked as well as all the feedback I had it would be worth the money-DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM like I did!!!!! I paid the $4.95 upfront s/h & NEVER received the product-They Advertised that I would have 14 Days to try it & then it I did NOT CANCEL after the 14 Days they would send monthly shipments @ $129.95 + S/H every month-NEVER Received the PRODUCT & after 10 Days I attempted to contact the Customer Service Dept however they do not have LIVE Support on weekends so I Sent an E-Mail on Sat the 10th day after my order & never received a reply-I called on the 12th day after my order & spoke to CSR Jess who ASSURED me that I was NOT going to be billed & offered to send a similar product w a 30 Day trial HOWEVER I had to pay for another S/H & Re-Order the Cellogica again!?! They waited appox 36Hrs & Charged my Credit Card $129.95 Anyway!!! This is after an Email & personally speaking to a REP who ASSURED me I would NOT BE CHARGED-I called upon discovery of the charges & instead of an AGENT I was party-lined w many other UNHAPPY Cellogica Customers that wanted a refund/cancel their orders-I AM FURIOUS now as this is obvious I am being scammed & charged for a Product I NEVER Even Got to TRY!!!! Finally I get a Live Person CHARLES a (Supervisor) who is either the Great & Powerful OZ or GOD because it shows him I Rcvd the PRODUCT on 4/28/14-I tried to keep my temper & explain that I DID NOT RECEIVE IT & I do not care what his computer says!!!! BTW-I usually receive a tracking # & carrier info on all orders I place but I had NOT w this one-I WONDER WHY? This is a CON-I have never dealt w a company that had a product that they VALUE @ the $$$ that would send a package out without any tracking intel or signature required before receiving!!!! JOANNA KRUPA shame on YOU for scamming people out of their hard earned $$$-I will Get My $$$ Back or my $$$ worth letting every single agency in USA that You Are De-Frauding people by NOT SENDING PRODUCTS-NOT BACKING UP what YOUR own Customer Service Dept Promised & Assured me-Just in $4.95 an order per Sucker you must be raking in the DOUGH!!!! You Screwed the Wrong B*TCH this time-You will wish you had not screwed me over as I plan to make it my own personal mission in life to report you to anyone & everyone until you are Shut Down!!!! I WANT ALL MY $$$ BACK & I AM CERTAIN YOUR PRODUCT IS JUST AS GOOD AS YOUR SHIPPING DEPT AND YOUR CSR DEPT,ETC.-CRAP!!!!!!!
