Gene Fulmer took $2000 from me then lied and said he would help me get my title back. He never did. He kept changing the date of when he would get it done. He talked about things that made him sound professional and legitimate. He sounded so knowledgable about titles. He sounded so confident. He said it would take seven weeks. He dragged it out for four months with great assurance. He even gave me false legal advice. After the last final deadline, he told me processors would contact me, no one ever did. He would not take my calls or emails. He has committed fraud. I write this to protect others.
