I received a phone call from Joe, said he was hired from In Site Capital and said if I didn't give him my credit card information, that I would be served to go to court. He would not provide me with any paper work and also had my address of where I lived five years ago. I do not just give out my banking information unless I can see physical proof. I hung up on him and he called me seven times thereafter. (three times at my work). I would like to file a complaint.
