I made a purchase with the vendor, July, 2015.
There was a charge for $29.99 against my credit card today.(5/09/16).
There may have been more charges than this one charge.
I spent 6 hours on the phone trying to get a reply from this merchant. Using 2 phone numbers that were available to me, I called and called. Can you imagine having a business sooooooooo busy, people can't get through for hours????
So, I went through the fraud department at the bank that has my credit card.
It wasn't long until they had someone on the phone.
Looks like they add an insurance policy in with your purchase, I was amazed that it covered eye care, dental, hospitalization and I did not know I had it available!! Wow!!
Via the Bank, not only was the "policy" canceled, they
returned the money they extracted this month.
We talked to a rep for the Anthony Richards company.
She was not pleasant at all.
