I ordered from www.thersgold.com 02/05/16 100m RS07 gold before purchasing I asked the live chat "do you have any stock" their response was yes yes! we have plenty please place your order now, - so I asked how long for delivery - they responded within 10 mins - so I thought ok I went along with the order and soon as I ordered i went through "security" they asked me my age my name and whos "card" i used i told them.. they then asked me to send them an email with my PAYPAL email to confirm,.. so i did.. they then asked me to send a picture of my personal ID and my name on my debit card, - i did this but covered up all personal information.. after this they asked me for my phone number so they could call me. so they called me and confirmed.. then they asked me for my number again to send me a text message with a code that i had to use in the live chat, so again i did.. eventually we got through security and all was good, - i asked how long for delivery they then turned around and told me within 24 hours, our SUPPLIER is having connectivity issues and cannot sign on, i left it a couple of hours came back asked the same question "when will i get my gold" they kept saying please allow us more time we will deliver.. 28 hours later I've grown fed up and decided to raise a dispute with paypal, I've contacted THERSGOLD.com on their paypal email through pay pal and they refuse to reply I've asked simply for either the gold or a refund, yet i have not received any, i then contact the live chat again asking on the status of my order, they said supplier is currently not online over and over and over again, they promise they'll deliver the gold but will not give me a refund and will not talk to me through pay pal, so I've decided that once i'm able to make a claim i will try to claim my money back, i'm not really optimistic about getting my money back but it's worth a shot - do not trust this website they lie, they will reassure you until they get payment and then will ignore you and refuse to give you a refund or gold, hope this helps future buyers...
