I received an unsolicited telephone call stating that Anthony worked for Windows Operating Systems which had detected security issues on my system, which , according to him had 6 unknown people connected to my system. He transferred me to Shawn Martinez, Senior Certified Technician, who later identified this as his professional name, his real name allegedly being Henry Watkins. A long explanation of the "issues" was multiple repetitions of the same information and ended with a proposal to "fix" everything for a huge price which was reduced quickly with each of my refusals. I flatly refused to buy immediately. The address above is a vacant lot.
