Bad Realtors/Horror Story - April 2016 - MD/VA/DC Area(s):

Mark Novak - Re/Max/Realtor - Showed us (buyers) three houses in the Baltimore/Maryland area. Two houses were Victorians and listed by other brokers/realtors. The third house was a Re/Max House/Broker/Re-Max Realtor - Mark Novak showed it to us and the Lender was Re/Max - all three to get the 6% fees, which is illegal/dual agent. We chose none of the three houses and then Mark Novak sent us a 'threatening' e-mail all in capital letters, in which he (Mark Novak) sent a false report to the Realtors Association and apparently e-mailed 600 of his co-workers/RE/Max Agents (attempting to black list us, I think). A few days later, our truck was damaged as well..., we couldn't prove anything but this man has a definite temper/ego issues/drives a black Lexus. Buyers - Fairfax VA
