We were under the understanding that we were only to be charged an amount of 1.95 and was not aware of a ten day trial and did not catch 79.97 taken out of our account starting in January, till now 4-22-16 We tried to call the business and they were not open. At first when we saw the 79.97 pending to be taken out today we did not know what it was. We did a little investigating and noticed that the same amount was being taken out since January. We have not received any thing from them nor did we do anything after the day we paid the 1.95 on 1-13-16. So we have no clue what we were paying for. Looked up the company to see what it was and then we figured it out eventually and you know the rest. We do not have money to throw away. If we knew we had a ten day trial to cancel a membership that we did not know it was a membership, we would have never have done it. The add is very deceiving and should of been at least given a statement , notice something that they were going to be taking it out. We received nothing. Monday we will be trying to resolve this problem and if not I will be submitting another complaint.
