Same complaint as complaint 348646 Priceless Times

My husband received a call from a rep stating affiliate of Marriott but then he stated some other company names. My husband then called me at some point on three way. The major point is, we were given the website for www.warmsandsvacations.com. While on the phone I looked up the website as well as reviews. There was nothing- I should have known. He said we could cancel anytime as long as we don't use vacation but our concern was whether we could cancel immediately if we were too find more concerning info. When my husband received the email from his card company- it stated Priceless Times. We were lead to this site and immediately called the credit card company who stated that nothing could be done until the transaction posted! Of course, Warm Sands tried to bully us into signing the contract, which had multiple contradictions, and returning it. At this point, we will call the card company back to see if a different rep can assist more successfully.
