ON OCTBER 6 2011, I PAID "PROPERPTR" $US 149.00. TO UPGRADE MY MEMBERSHIP SO I COULD GAIN ACCESS TO MY EARNINGS OF APPROX $US 200,000.00. THIS MONEY HAD BUILT UP OVER A PERIOD OF TIME READING E MAILS AND ADS.
PROPERPTR.COM HAD TAKEN MY MONEY AND KEPT IT. AND I NEVER GOT MY MEMBERSHIP UPGRADE.
NOR DID I EVER RECEIVE ANY OF MY EARNINGS.
WHERE ARE THESE YELLOW CHICKEN CON MEN AND WOMEN HIDING.?? ARE THE POLICE INVOLVED WITH THESE CASES OF FRAUD AND THEFT ?
