I received the following email, which I assume is a scam.

Washington, D.C. 20220

Attention: Beneficiary

From the records of outstanding beneficiaries due for payment with the U.S Department of the Treasury, your family name was discovered as next on the list of the outstanding contractors who have not yet received their payments. I wish to inform you now that your payment is being processed and will be released to you as soon as you respond to this email and adhere to the rules and regulations governing this reputable office. Also note that from the record in our file your outstanding contract payment is US$10,700,000.00 (Ten Million Seven Hundred Thousand United States Dollars).
