I purchased many gift cards from this site and I just had my second problem with them. Bought a $200 gift card for Outback about 7 months ago. Went to use it for the first time last weekend, and the server said it was never activated! They tried several times and showed me the proof. I messaged raise, and didn't get a response for 3 days, just asking for more info (info I gave already). Sent several more messages, and still don't have a good answer from them. No apologies, no refund. I filed a claim with Amex yesterday, hopefully with better results. Their we site says 100 days guarantee, which is crap. You are paying for something and didn't get it, should be automatically refunded. They can then deal with the person they got it from, and take care of their buying customers.
