I purchased a pair of shoes in August 2011, thought it was a one-time purchase. However, today I noticed the website has charged me $39.95 monthly starting from September. The website intentionally hid the monthly fee clause in the term and condition, which normally should only be information regarding to return policy.
I believe that the monthly fee is how this website makes money, which should be a separate contract with customers, and be clearly stated on their homepage. The website fails the disclose the important information to customers, and deceives customers to think they are making a one-time purchase.
I will demand my money back on Monday, and have already filed a claim to BBB.
