I ordered a free sample I did not received a phone number to cancel and also no cost amount if I wanted additional products.When a following order came there was a phone number ,I called to cancel the order ,but got no results,they continued to send items and so far have taken 585.52 out of my account. I finally got a hold of someone at that number today and they said they will close my account with them but even if I send back the supplies they will not reimburse me. the names of their products are not the same as the ones you receive so it makes it hard to follow them . I have no choice but to wait and see if they have actually closed my account. If not I'll be hit with another almost 300. oo they say they are sent every 30 days thats not true mine were sent within 3 weeks. They not pleasant to deal with.
