Complaint 348286 Details

When I was doing my taxes this week, I noticed that I had been charged $49.95 in Aug '15, Oct '15, Dec '15, and Mar '16 supposedly for a diet supplement product sent by JBH Online SVCS. They are listed on their website as being located at 61149 S Hwy 97, Suite #144, Bend, OR. A Google search shows that this is actually a "Postal Connections" mailbox store. I have no idea how JBH Online SVCS got my credit card information, or my address. I have never ordered or received any product from this company.

I called their Customer Service number at 855-839-4920 and the operator "Nina" said something about refunding two of the charges based on a "30 day money back guarantee". They will supposedly take 2 days to credit my card. I will follow up here with the outcome.

Follow up:

I'm happy to report that I received two credits to my card yesterday: "JBH SVCS 855-839-4920 OR US $49.95" and "MACV 888-743-1614 ATLANTIC BEAC NC US $49.95"

I called the MACV 888-743-1614 phone number, and spoke to "Andrew", and he said his company was named "Total Paid Solutions" and he was in Ohio. It sounded like an off-shore phone bank, and "Andrew" had the same accent and used the exact script as "Nina" from JBH. Google shows 888-743-1614 as "MEDIA AD CONSULTANTS" in North Carolina, with similar complaints about being charged for a "diet supplement" that nobody ordered. Both JBH and MAC show the same Florida address for their "shipping" department.

I've found the name of the person behind JBH, and left a phone message for him. I'll report back here if he calls me back with a legitimate explanation.
