I signed up for online classes and after many back and conversations over the phone and computer they had me signed up. Every since I signed up financial aid has asked for one document after another to which I provided it got to the point where I told my admissions counselor to withdraw me because of being stressed about so many documents. Well i signed the form for title credit and asked that any unused monies be sent to me and lately i checked the computer that part about refunds says update how is that when i already signed it so I can get any unused money sent back to me. Also checked Student account it says I owed 330.00 for books how is that when I filed for Fasfa twice I don't think they treat you fairly after they get you in the system. When I signed up I was able to get someone on the phone and now it's like pulling teeth trying to reach anyone by phone or email.
