Via Google I searched for download sites for a specific game "NeuroRacer" and Google provided Download Genius in the search results.
Immediately after registering AND AFTER PAYING $3 I was immediately locked out of my account and thus could not download the game I had paid for. After many unsuccessful attempts to contact the company (HQ in Spain), I contacted my Bank to block all payments to this company. The company website provide an inbuild "contact Support" facility but no response has been provided. The corporate body "Softonic" also have a contact system on their website but this too does not work (after hitting 'submit' the icon changes to "Loading....." and stays at that point, I. e. message not sent/transferred.
