hope for this companies sake their product is spectacular because their ability to politely deal with potential customers leaves much to be disired. After i wasnt ready to hand over my money for shipping and handling without guestion before researching this face and eye cream i was told well there are only a few free bottles left. When i told her im sure there were plenty of free bottles left the little girl went off on me and told me how rude i was and hung up on me. Really you are calling my phone invading my privacy to be nasty to me. So i call back to get the name of the company and was hung up on 4 times before the little girl answers again. When i requested the owners name and the company address she refused to give them to me. Whats sad for them is that dealt with in a professional manner, and after researching it I might have been a long time customer if I found the product to be what they said it was but now they will never know. The thing is ive been buying products for years that have disappointed me and im not eager to give my money away to someone claiming the product is great without checking it out first. I dont make sudden decisions or take product claims lightly. Also isnt it strange i got a call this morning after checking out another product at midnight last night. Oh and i was told the company was out of florida but they dont seem to have a record of Made Natural at 817-583-7814 however Texas does. They need to get rid of the little girl and hire a woman who might have said to me that there is only a number of free bottles and she would hate for me to miss out so could she call me back in a couple of hours after i had time to look into it. Wow just think of how different both of our days would have been. I honestly wasnt trying to be rude i just dont like someone trying to play me and hey maybe i should have just hung up on her at least then she would have been the only one offended!!!!!!! By the way if you have a business license i can find out who owns the company little girl and why would you withhold information if everything is on the up and up.
