International boundaries
Guy from India, calling from a local area code and saying he's with Windows Support, not Microsoft, but a partner for Microsoft. Error messages and my computer may be have viruses, etc. When asked, he said he was from Arizona, not the local area code. He also then said to look up his company, Spring Tech Solutions. When asked how far it was from his HQ, in Tucson, he said 500 miles. (Not -- 147 miles...) He had my address, and when asked to put everything in writing and then feel free to call back, he said he could do that if I gave him my license key! just reporting this as a warning to all others out there...
