My computer was locking up and unsolicited pop-ups were appearing, i was contacted by TechMart Solutions to have my computer fixed immediately it was infected with malicious malware and viruses. i let them gain access by remote access to configure a defense to block these viruses, which i agreed to it took several hrs. after they told me the problem had been solved. but i had to pay for the service of two yr protection and for the so called application they said was installed well a few days went by and my computer was acting up again, they contacted me wanting access this time i refused and requested a refund. they would only refund the protection service, not the so called app that was installed which is not in there. they returned the first funds and they blocked the account so i didn't get those funds. i've been trying to contact them ever since and a recording say no one is available to call back at the hrs. of service to this day i tried several times to no avail they are rip off dishonest company i would like to make it clear the B.B.B. & the F.B.I. get involved and investigate these types of illegal businesses.
