I was also offered a vacation promotion by this company, and they mentioned Marriott in the call. Later, when I was verifying and asked if they were associated with Marriott, the guy I was verifying with gave me the run-around and acted put out by my questions.
When I asked about the validity of the company/offer, the representative directed me to the website, which, as others have noted, is very new and very vague.
It looks like this company has previously used the names "Coast to Coast", "Distant Palm", and "Priceless Times."
I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one. :( Thankfully they caught the first charge as fraud!

- I fell victim to this scam in 2014 when they were called South Pacific Getaways. I lost $347 then and this week they tried to take over $1000 from my credit card. I have since learned they are called Priceless Times, Warm Sands vacations, South pacific getaways and Distant Palms Vacations. The Caribbean Sun Group is the registered corporate owner or so they said. I was promised a refund of my deposit if i filled out the certificate and sent it back with ID?!!! I signed it and did as they requested but they refused the refund and cancellation of offer. The best thing i could do was cancel my credit card
