My I phone 5s did not let me punch in my passcode , I could not use my phone . I looked up for I phone support phone number and somehow connected to Geek Technical support LLC . I was told that my issue was security and I was told to pay $99.99. I questioned , why??? I thought this was apple support . They hang up.
I am sure they caused me this security issue . I want to file a complaint .
I have missed very important phone calls about my business. I may have lost a $3000.00 business deal .
