The complaint is mobile text spam or smishing related against an anonymous entity
The company or person contact no longer exists

They have an unconditional full refund policy that they do not want to honor.
The first step was a conversation with a Specialist who was not available for at least 24 hours keep trying
Advised to start next steps, very time consuming but I tried multiple steps. Extremely poor quality instructional videos unable to learn from any of those .
It would take a minimum of 4 hours for each step and there are multiple steps and would have to repeat each multiple times and still can nit learn from them. A total steal of money for making an honest attempt to earn some income, I will fight this.
