I am £89.00 out of pocket. This company is a scam. I believed I was ordering from a reputable company, their website was professional and supposed to be in the USA. However when I placed the order, I did not receive an email confirmation and after several requests, still nothing arrived. I alerted my bank, as I had my suspicions, but they were very unhelpful and could not block the transaction.
The trainers arrived on 18 March, but were not the New Balance Elite 580 trainers I ordered, but an ugly pair of dark brown men’s trainers, in a large size.
I have tried to contact them to no avail. I have since blocked any further money coming out of my account to this company and have had to request a new debit card, for security reasons.
I urge you not to make the same mistake, stay well away.
How can they continue to operate, they are stealing from people.
