Joe Ann Green and her pack of goons at WESTCHASE Realty Services in Houston Texas will con and scam you. She will attempt to lock you into a lease with Michael Bender, and his properties and St. George Townhomes and Telephone Road Townhomes. Then at the end of your lease, Joe Ann and Michael will steal your deposit and will not give it back. They are scam artists in Houston. There are other complaints online about these old crusty looking fools. The properties she will show you are also infested with rats. They don't tell you that before signing a lease. Michael Bender and Joe Ann Green have been sued ALOT in Harris county from everything from failing to pay for building material, residents complaining about deposits not returned, and health/dangerous conditions on their property.
