This women says she would send you lucky numbers, for Free. I saw nowhere that I would ever be charged. Today I get a letter from her saying she wants 28.00 for what, I know better I wouldn't have contacted her if I thought I had to pay money. Looked her up and found numerous complaints about her offering it for free, then she starts sending you bills, REALLY!!!!
