Kyani Australia knowingly allows people like Lee Lake and John Daly to participate in their MLM scheme knowing of their past history and very close connections to Organised Crime.

Ask Lee Lake about Cleaner Energy - labelled a scam by ASIC and prosecuted. Ask him about Surin Investments - cold call boiler room operation. Ask Lee why he has removed all mention of Cleaner Energy from the internet - both he and O'Dalaigh (Daly) worked at Cleaner Energy - Lee Lake Manager - Daly Sales Manager.

Now John Daly - doesn't even use his real name anymore (real name is Sean O'Dalaigh) ran at least two extremely serious and deliberate scams now before the courts.

Sean O'Dalaigh was the ASIC Registered Director of LTC Services and AIC International both before the courts for multi million dollar fraud and embezzlement. Have attached copies of the ASIC Register.

Sean O'Dalaigh is the John Daly - we have pictures of him when he was Sean O'Dalaigh - same guy. He is best friends with Steifan Ceitinn another serious con man who is before the courts for FRAUD.

So Kyani South Australia is happy for men like this to be involved in MLM schemes - don't know much about Kyani - know a lot about the criminal organisation called the Irish Boys and they are right in the middle of Kyani SA.
