ANOTHER CUNNING SCAMMER.
their Tactics are :

1) Send you an SCO for Petroleum offers: Jet Fuel, D6 LNG Maxzut.
2) they will advise you to send ICPO, CP , Passport of your Buyer. The NCNDA they will sign but with minimual info.
they will talk to you to gain your trust and get your gaurd down.
They will advise you that they are to be trusted and they hate SCAMMERS or to waste their time of Buyers not performing.

3) After receiving the Buyers info They will advise you that the DD came out negative about your buyer.
4) You ask them to send you the results on who and why it was declined. TIM or Arrogant Joe will tell you they have to find it.
5) TIM will trow you other offers and will poretend to Emphatize with you so that you loose track of their Schemes to pursue your buyer.

6) JOE BURRIS will then send an email directly to the buyer(s) giving them an offer that matches what they need.

7) Joe Burris and or TIMMOTHY WAFFORD will then send the NCNDA /IMFPA to the buyer to sign obviosly attepmting to collect the commisions.
8) The addvise to you which we were luck 3 of our buyers told us what these Groups are doing.
They will tell you again and again sorry they are not good buyers , A waste of time. Seller does not like working with them.

9) 1 of them will follow up with the buyer, thinking that your buyer is only loyal to you.

10) Your buyer offcourse will want to take their offers since they have the petleoeum. However the PPOP that tehy sent once to us was also fake. they blamed the buyer.

we have documents from 3 buyers asking them to stop harrasing them. Additionally asked them to STOP THE SCAM.
