said the government said they had to refund my $349.00 dollars and they wanted my bank name and number, if refused to give this information, he had me log in to www.fastheal.net website and said he had only 3 days to refund everyones money. I quickly logged off computer and hung up the phone, he tried calling me back 3 times and I would not answer phone, the is the phone number he called from239-400-3721
