Rec'd AOL AD for Driver Support.
1.I was charged twice, $39.94 each time.
2.The software does nothing to provide driver support.
3.Do not answer phone to let them know about my problems.
Please help me if you can.

I finally heard back from DriverSupport. I told them I had filed a complaint with Scambook; they agreed to credit me with one of the payments. That seemed to be a reasonable solution. .
Seems your name alone carries a lot of WEIGHT!
