Had applied for a personal loan on line, of which I opted not to take. Got paid on the 1st and realized an electronic banking transaction for the amount the of 87.00 had transpired without my approval or even any knowledge,. An additional 34.00 overdraft was charged to my account as well. As is obvious, mine is not the first complaint, I too am unable to make contact with anyone at this fictitious bussiness..I was under the assumption that our banks work not just with us, but for us as well. Attorney general, Consumer reporting advocates, Major Banks have without a doubt been informed. My dilemma comes down to the obvious, why is this continuing to go on. Please,I honestly don't want to believe our banking industries have neglected to address this for they too are making money with every overdraft fee collected. And the Consumer reporting agency, is there know one available to take a report and investigate. As for the attorney generals office, they have as of yet returned from lunch and returned my calls for the past 7 days. This is scam, not the first and not last unfortunately,and not in my budget. Contact your reps anyone that will listen, these scams are only going to get worse in these times. GET A VOICE
