He gets on dating sites and eventually starts building trust until he asks for money due to some business deal that was supposed to be fine but fell apart at the last minute. Said he was born in Brazil and raised in France. Father from U.S., mother from France. Uses "sweetie," "honey," and "my love" incessantly. Does not want to talk on the phone, but prefers email, texts or chatting. When he asked for money, I started asking him questions and he eventually boxed himself into a story that didn't work anymore. He didn't get any money from me, but he was diligent in trying. I used an email address created just for the dating site so he didn't have anything but my phone number. I deleted the email account and blocked his number through my cell phone carrier for free.
