I was working and the advertisement for the cream came for a a free trail all you have to pay is postage. When you order the trial they also want you to order something for eyes. I ordered them both and used Nouvebelle for a week or so, my face became very dry flaky, itchey, burning even putting the moisture was hurting me. I immediately stopped it. End of November I went out of the country for few weeks when I came back they not only charge me for both face and eye full price and when I called they refused to refund my money. My face is full of dark spots had to see my doctor and she referred me to skin specialist she gave me couple of ointments to stop itchiness. I was not able to sleep due to itchiness. I would like to put something on their website to warn others about their offer.
