Ok paid for program to speed up my computer by updating my drivers (Spark Trust driver updater) I received a email receipt instructing me to call Advancedtecsupport to install the program I did the person that answered took control of my computer then tried to sell me 3500.00 to clean my computer l told him no just install what I paid for after much trying to sell he finely started the install and told me to call back if I h a d problems it did not install and locked my computer I called back and a person told me I would have to cal Spark Trust I did and that would refund my payment but I would have to get Advanedtec support to unlock my computer (haven't received refund yet) I called advanced again and that would fix the problem but I would have to pay no that caused it that should fix it that refused I still have no computer a total scam!!!!
