Told an 80 yr old lady, they work with Delmarva Electric Utility .Her bill with Delmarva was about $233. a month. Shes on a budget plan, Clearview claimed she would save money, They doubled her bill to over $400. Said she has to pay $150. to cancel. We are going to contact the D. A. monday in Delaware about this scammer. Also report them to the news media to warn all senior citizens about this and help stop these scammers. Thanks.
