THIS IS AN ATTEMPT TO COLLECT $2500.00 FROM David PIERRE. He used to be a tenant and live in my house in Northeast Philadelphia. When he moved out in July 2015, he left me with outstanding utilities and damaged to the house. He made a pledge to pay all his debt before he left, but he kept on making excuses and eventually abandoned his pledge to pay out his debt . I don' t have his address. But I know he currently lives in the Northeast Philadelphia . According to his Face book page, he went to Olney High School and Community College Philadelphia. He called himself "pastor". HE IS A LIAR, ARROGANT, AND A HORRIBLE TENANT. DO NOT RENT YOUR PROPERTY TO DAVID PIERRE.
