This morning I unfortunately enrolled in what I thought was a chance to make money from home. After enrolling (and paying money) I could NOT log in, it was a SCAM. Here are the events that followed:

1- Called support phone number(1-888-793-3429)
2- Cancelled membership
3- She (girl with foreign accent that answered the call) said she could only refund half of my $47 charged, I told her NO, I wanted it in FULL! (You MUST do this or they keep half your money)
4- She put me on hold to contact the refund department (which conveniently has no direct phone number)
5- Full refund request was put in for $47, the $4.95 is non-refundable (This is also how the scam is made, $4.95 per person really adds up everyday when you are scamming a lot of people)
6- She said she could no longer refund half, because a request was put in
7- She told me to check for an email from the refund department
8- She ASSURED me that it would be resolved
9- I checked my email and received one from Geraldine Espanola (No company name!?!), trying to get me to stay with the company and log into my account, which I was JUST told was closed. I responded to the email that I wanted a FULL refund immediately AND a confirmation email as well. Also, I told them my membership was just closed and there shouldn’t be any log-in information anymore.
10- I waited for a response. Received none, and after 5 minutes I called the support phone number back.
11- I explained to ANOTHER girl (who sounded exactly the same, she just changed her name) the SAME thing as before, PLUS that I received NO refund (I checked my card info online) or confirmation email.
12- I was put on hold yet again, and then was told that I would be receiving my $47 refund in 7-10 business days, and there would be an email letting me know (no email).
13- I checked my card statement online once again, and there was a pending transaction for a $47 refund. Now, the waiting game.

I am going to be calling and reporting this company to the Attorney General in the state of Pennsylvania!

PLEASE
DO NOT GET SCAMMED!!!!!! Read everybody's information BEFORE you even go to the website!!!!!!!!!
