i ordered Regenere facelift complex and. The eye & neck serum because they were both offered on a free trial basis. I had to pay the shipping fees of $ 4.95 for each one. When the eye ser bottle came the pump to get the serum out was broken and I have had to find another method to get the serum out to use it. Neither product has worked for me. Then the company sent 2 more boxes on Feb. 27. I did not request any more products and I am returning the unopened boxes. If you have charged my credit card I want you to refund that money to me because I will not pay for products that don't work.O
