I share the same complaint as many people out here. I ordered a total of 5 bottles of BrainPLus IQ and received confirmation on 4 Feb'16 that my order was received. I wrote to their email address: [email protected] to inquire when my order would arrive and was directed to check the Mail Tracking. On checking, the information was that the order would arrive on 15 Feb'16 at local destination. Then follow a series of emails from me inquiring when it will be delivered. Each time I would receive the same reply is the same.

We regret that you have not yet received the products you ordered and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Following the placement of an order, products are usually received within 7 to 10 business days.
We appreciate your business and apologize for any inconvenience.

This is downright frustrating. I made calls to the the local telephone number 18008503832 and the reply is, "You may have entered an invalid key".

Until now my order remains in the air. How can we rid of this bogus scam. I am sure many have fallen victims to their scams. None of contact numbers are valid. The reply from their email [email protected] is actually an auto-reply. We are not able to talk to any live person. I keep on following up, but no products came after 21 days. It is now nearing the 1 month timescale. I Googled and found many complaints against this bogus site. I, like many others, want my money back. Any kind souls out there please share your views and advice.
