I called Direct TV to make a payment and the person charged my credit card twice when a payment was already made on my account. I have yet to receive a refund. Every time I call, I am on hold for 30-45 min waiting for someone to assist me. They advise me it would take 48 hours. This has been going on since the 17th of February.
