As has occurred like others Avast took $44.99 out of my account, but similarly Avast-Nexway took $44.99 out of my account. As has others I called the number given by Avast regarding Avast-Nexway(415)449-4713 and the E mail address. Both are bogus, as you make no contact. I contacted Avast regarding the fact that they even give out this bogus companies information, were they should know it is bogus and a scam. This Nexway must have hacked Avast an anti-virus providers information, to have been able to withdraw the similar amount from my account as was removed by Avast.
I hope to contact Canadian retail Protection Agency regarding someway to protect others, as Avast seems to be oblivious to the problem and cost to many of its customers.
I am very angry that Avast's representatives who are not native to Canada, seem so oblivious to a major problem that Avast has related to their customers.
