This company "helped" me with a crashed computer, sold me a $300 version of AVG that stopped working in less than 30 days and was not registered with the actual company as it should have been. They called me all the time and kept wanting to get back into my computer; I refused found out they had put a proxy server in my computer and started taking my personal information from my email, etc. Several identity theft attempts have been made, I get mysterious calls from electronic voices claiming to be the IRS and that they are coming to arrest me for IRS fraud. Best one was today with the caller ID, said Darth Vader, phone #202-239-0131, they were coming to arrest me again...... I have had my entire computer scrubbed another $200 to ensure that they had no access. I actually called the number back and got an Indian accent male voice on voice mail, then nothing the next time...... really!
